Son, Anong, immigrates to the United States, bringing his mother's recipes and a dream. He starts catering for community events, introducing authentic Thai flavors to a new audience.
Anong and his wife, Ladda, open the first Siam Spice restaurant in a cozy 30-seat space. It quickly gains a reputation for its uncompromising authenticity and warm hospitality.
Under the leadership of the third generation, Chef Mali, we move to our current flagship location. We receive the "Golden Ladle" award for culinary excellence and community contribution.
